Lync Contact Syncr

Very simple stand-alone executable that runs on x86 or x64 hardware. Needs no rights b/c all the processes and directories it acts upon are the user's own.

What it does:
  1. Seeks out and kills communicator.exe (Lync client process)
  2. Deletes the user's sip directory (%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\sip_user@domain)
  3. Re-launchs Lync.
Backwards compatibility version includes pathing for older versions of Lync (Microsoft Communicator). It'll still do Lync also.

I made this program because I've found it helpful when you have several users who have intermittent contact syncing issues OR if your organization updates contacts a lot.

Includes error checking, OS version checking and built in checks for non-standard install directories.
