On my PC, I can hear sound but I cannot see it the video. What gives?
You don't have the proper codecs installed on your computer. Don't worry, your Blackberry will be able to see them just fine.

They have a very strange bitrate. You will need to check the Canon Powershot checkbox on the Advanced tab in version 1.13 and above. Sometimes this will still not work, depending on the model of camera you have.

It is probably encrypted. That means it is a protected format and you are not allowed, by law, to make copies of it (even if you own it).

Um, the whole movie is in another language. Can I fix this?
Yes, if another language track exists on the movie. Just click your default language or enter one of your choosing on the language tab. The fail-safe language is English.
